Guarantee
Our
Promise to You
We offer you a Guarantee when you buy a home
through us.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of
your home, we will sell it for you with no charge for
our services.
Resale Guarantee
If you obtain a home through a Platinum Realty Group Agent, and are not 100%
pleased with it, Platinum Realty Group will sell it for you with no charge
for our services.
The
following conditions must be met:
1.
You must have purchased your home through a Platinum Realty Group
Agent.
2.
You must sign an Exclusive Right To Sell listing
agreement with
Platinum Realty Group within 6 months of the day you obtained
title to your property.
3.
You agree to have your home listed in the Broker
Listing Cooperative (BLC) and you agree to pay a commission of at least 3% of
the sale price to the Buyer’s Agent.
Platinum Realty Group’s services for
listing and marketing the home will be TOTALLY
FREE.
4.
You agree to list the home at a list price that is no
more than 3% above the appraised value.
5.
You agree to make all repairs recommended by
Platinum Realty Group prior to putting your home on the market.
6.
You agree to allow a lock box to be installed for
ease of showing.
7.
If you purchase another home within one year of
selling your home, then you agree to use
Platinum Realty Group exclusively to
obtain the new home. Further, you agree to sign a one-year Preferred Buyer
Agreement with
Platinum Realty Group at the same time as you sign the listing
agreement to sell the current home.
8.
This agreement must be signed by all parties.
