     We all know the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." The Golden Rule implies the basic assumption that other people would like to be treated the way that you would like to be treated.  This is a wonderful philosophy, but we would like to take it one step further.  We know that everyone does not have the same needs and wants.  Therefore, delivering the same kind of service to everyone, may meet my needs, but doesn’t satisfy yours.
