              Marketing Strategy 

1.   Listing your property in the Propertylinx Broker Listing Cooperative - 75% of all properties offered through the Metropolitan Board of Realtors are sold on a co-operative basis by two real estate companies working together.  We will make brochures on your home to assure that other Realtors will know as much about your home as the listing agent.  You deserve all that the BLC provides, and more.

2.   THE Platinum Realty Group YARD SIGN - 65% of all the calls that come into the office come from signs, rather than any other form of advertising.

3.   REVERSE PROSPECT SEARCH - Flyers on the property will be sent to agents who have buyer prospects that match your home’s criteria and to any agent who has listed or sold a property in the price range and area of your home in the last six months

4.   MULTI-PHOTO FLYERS -  Flyers on the home, with information in addition to that available in the Multiple Listing, will be displayed in the home so that buyers who view the home will have something to take with them.

5.   FLYER BOX - An information box will be placed in the front yard with a flyer on the home for passers by to take home with a number to call for more information or to set an appointment to see the home.

6.   DIRECT MAIL - Post Cards will be sent to “move-up” areas . . . areas in the same school district as the home from which it is logical buyers may come.

7.   ADVERTISING - The home will be advertised in a variety of sources including the Star News Real Estate Section, Homes Illustrated Magazine, IBJ Executive Homes, Distinctive Homes Magazine.

8.   OPEN HOUSE – Sunday Open Houses may be held on specified Sundays.  Prospective Buyers may be invited to attend the Open House using advertising and direct mail flyers.

9.   PROGRESS REPORT - We will provide you with a progress report at least twice a month, either by phone or personal visit, on your property’s status until closing.

10. INTERNET - All of our listings can be found on the internet at numerous locations. 

11. VIRTUAL HOME TOURS - 360º video footage of the home from four different locations will be placed on the internet on multiple sites.  The virtual tour will also be placed on floppy disks for buyers to take home with them, as well as mailed to agents with buyer prospects.
