What You Earn as a Platinum Partner

Per-Door Referral Fee

  • Doors 1–5:
    • $500 per door that signs a Property Management Agreement
    • Paid 90 days after tenant move-in (or 90 days after management start for already-occupied units).
  • Doors 6+:
    • $750 per door that signs a Property Management Agreement
    • Paid on the same 90-day schedule.

Bonus Level Ups

  • 5th Door Bonus: Receive an additional $500 bonus when you refer your fifth door.
  • 10th Door Bonus: Earn an extra $1,000 bonus upon your tenth door referral.
  • 15th Door Mega Bonus: Get an additional $2,500 bonus AND an exclusive invite to our annual Appreciation Event — a Red Sox game in the private Jim Beam Dugout!
